How it works
Choose your cases
Pick an eligible case for each device and select “With iArmour Plus”. Year one includes the case.
50% back as credit
At the start of each program year, half your annual fee is added to your school’s account as credit. One balance covers iPads and MacBooks.
Flat repair prices
Repairs are charged at a flat school price, with your available credit applied first. If your credit runs out, repairs stay at the same flat price and the balance is invoiced. Unused credit can go towards next year’s fee.
Use less credit, pay less next year
Credit you don’t spend isn’t lost. At renewal, any unused credit can be applied to next year’s fee, so a year with fewer breakages means a smaller renewal. Each renewal then adds a fresh 50% credit for the new year.
Renewal is optional each year. Credit expires if the program isn’t renewed.
Your fee, your credit

Frequently asked questions
How long does iArmour Plus run?
Twelve months, with optional yearly renewal for up to five years. It doesn’t renew automatically: you decide each year whether to continue.
Is there a minimum number of devices?
Yes, 10 devices. iArmour Plus is available from 10 devices, so it suits a single class as well as a whole school.
Which cases can I choose?
MacBook Air and MacBook Neo: Armour Shell, or Always-On-Armour or the Armour Slipcase when used with a MacBook Air or Neo. iPad: Armour Flex, Armour Flex Dual, K2 Armour, Armour Folio and Armour Orbit.
How does unused credit reduce my renewal?
At renewal, any credit you haven’t spent can be applied to next year’s fee, so you pay less. For example, if 100 MacBook Air devices use none of their $4,950 credit, the $9,900 renewal could reduce to $4,950 ($49.50 per device). A fresh 50% credit is then added for the new year.
What repairs can I book?
Everything from cracked screens and liquid damage to charging ports and batteries. Each repair is charged at our flat school price, with your credit applied first. Loss and theft aren’t repairs, so they aren’t part of the program.
What happens if we run out of credit?
You can keep booking repairs at the same flat school price. Your available credit is applied first, and any amount above it is invoiced to your school, to be paid before the repair is completed. A new credit of 50% of your fee is added at the start of each program year.
What happens if a device cannot be repaired?
Where appropriate, iArmour may provide a refurbished exchange device where this is a more practical or economical way to complete the repair. It is charged at the flat school repair price, with available credit applied first.
What can I spend my credit on?
Repairs, cases, screen guards, headphones, PhoneLock pouches: any product supplied by iArmour. Unused credit can be applied to next year’s fee. Credit isn’t cash, can’t be transferred, and expires if the program isn’t renewed.
How do I book and track a repair?
Book repairs and collections online using the device serial number. Shipping labels and live updates are provided through the repair portal.
Who repairs the devices?
iArmour Repair, iArmour’s dedicated repair division. Most repairs are completed within 3–6 business days of the device arriving. iArmour is an independent repairer, not an Apple Authorised Service Provider.
What does the rest of my annual fee cover?
Your iArmour cases in year one, and program services every year: an annual case and screen guard check (cases and screen guards can be replaced using your available credit), fleet and credit administration, portal access, and asset and repair reporting.
