Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply to quotes, orders and use of the iArmour website.
Last updated: 3 October 2025
These terms apply to quotes, orders and purchases from Device Services Pty Ltd (ABN 31 620 277 223), trading as iArmour (“iArmour”, “we”, “us”), and to your use of our website. By accepting a quote or placing an order, you agree to these terms on behalf of your school or organisation (“you”).
1. Quotes
- Quotes are valid for 90 days from the date they are issued. The prices on a quote are fixed for that period.
- All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated otherwise. GST is added to your invoice.
- Requesting a quote is free and doesn’t commit you to an order.
- If a quote contains an obvious error, we will let you know and issue a corrected quote before any order is processed.
2. Placing an order
You can accept a quote by sending a purchase order that refers to the quote, by signing and returning the quote, or by paying the invoice. An order is confirmed once we acknowledge it. We may decline or partly fill an order, for example if stock is unavailable, and we will tell you if this happens.
3. Payment
- Purchase orders: payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.
- Credit card or EFT: payment is due before your order is dispatched.
- If an account is overdue, we may pause further orders until it is paid.
4. Delivery, ownership and risk
Delivery is covered in our Delivery & Returns policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered. Ownership passes to you once we have received full payment.
5. Warranty and returns
All iArmour products come with a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects, as well as your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Change of mind returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Full details are in our Delivery & Returns policy.
6. Product information and compatibility
We take care to describe our products accurately. Images are for illustration, and colours or minor details may vary slightly. Please check that the device model or generation on your quote matches your school’s devices. We’re happy to help you confirm compatibility before you order.
7. iArmour Plus
iArmour Plus is an optional case + repair program with its own terms, which apply in addition to these terms. They cover the annual fee, credit, repairs and renewals. The iArmour Plus terms are included with every iArmour Plus quote and invoice, so you can read them before you pay. By accepting an iArmour Plus quote, issuing a purchase order against it or paying the invoice, you agree to the iArmour Plus terms. If you would like a copy at any other time, please contact us.
8. Our liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data or loss of use, arising from the supply of our products.
9. Using our website
The content on this website, including text, images and logos, belongs to iArmour or is used with permission, and may not be copied without our consent. Apple, iPad, MacBook Air and MacBook Neo are trademarks of Apple Inc. iArmour is independent and is not affiliated with, authorised or endorsed by Apple Inc. Our website may link to other websites, which we do not control.
10. Privacy
We handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in place when your order is confirmed apply to that order.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
